1999 Wizards Pokémon TCG Blastoise 2nd Edition 2/102 Low-Grade

I'm just beginning to get into high end Pokémon cards and will try to describe this card as well as I can. This appears to be the Blastoise Second Edition Base card from 1999. It has the shadow on the right side.

The corners have silver spots, which likely means it has been played. There are scratches on the hologram part and dings on the edges. When flipping the card upside down, it has debris and shows more wear on the corners and edges. I don't know if I'm looking at the card too harshly or not and will be posting a price that may be way too high or low until I fully understand the rarity, values, variants, editions, and so on. So, please understand I'm new to Pokémon.
